Introduction

This client called in and said “I need to sell my house, it’s going on the market next week! I need my sod replaced, can you do it?” We went to go see it, and he already moved out and wants to get this work done (he’s paying two mortgages at this point!). We went to see it the same evening, took pictures, and quoted him the next day. We had the sod done by the weekend when the house went on the market, along with some mulching and power washing. 💪
