Our client sought to enhance their property’s curb appeal and functionality through strategic lawn renovation and decorative edging. The existing side lawn area needed a complete refresh, while valuable historic cobblestones on the property presented an opportunity for creative repurposing. The primary objectives were to:
- Establish a lush, healthy new lawn
- Create a defined border using existing materials
- Improve overall landscape aesthetics
Solution
The landscape transformation began with a complete renovation of the side lawn area. Our team carefully stripped the existing turf from the cobblestone area to the current grass line, preparing the soil for new installation.
We then installed 370 square feet of premium sod, ensuring proper soil contact and irrigation for optimal root establishment. The sod selection considered local climate conditions and shade patterns to ensure long-term viability.
To create a distinctive border, we repurposed the client’s existing cobblestones as elegant edging along the new sod installation. The cobblestones were professionally set on a carefully prepared bed of stone dust, ensuring stability and proper drainage while preserving their historic character.

The project delivered a striking transformation that enhanced both the functionality and visual appeal of the property. The new sod installation created a lush, uniform lawn space that immediately elevated the property’s appearance. The cobblestone edging provided:
