- Expanded and unified the existing patio area by integrating a custom, oval-shaped flagstone design that flows seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
- Executed precision repairs on unstable flagstone steps, resetting the base and refining the mortar joints to ensure both durability and a pristine appearance.
- Installed a robust, underground drainage system, including a new French drain and piping, to proactively redirect runoff and eliminate pooling issues.
- Engineered a beautiful, functional rain garden to manage water flow naturally, utilizing stone lining for a clean, natural look.
- Performed a complete lawn renovation, which included soil aeration and the installation of premium sod over nutrient-rich, organic-amended soil.
- Implemented a thoughtful planting scheme, installing a variety of flora including oak leaf hydrangeas, irises, running tapestry foam flowers, and lush ferns to provide seasonal color and texture.
