This homeowner in Columbia Heights just moved into her townhouse and wanted to give her back yard some love.
Here’s what we had to work with:
The yard needed some tender love and care, and our client wanted a stunning blue flagstone patio starting from the stairs continuing to a new paver and gravel area that she could use for her driveway as well as an extended activity area.
So we went to work…
After clearing the entire backyard, we laid flagstone and began work on the gravel portion.
First, we laid gravel down, then added permeable pavers on top…
…then more gravel on top of that…
…and the end result?
Ta’da!
